The return itself was easy and my money came back quickly, which I appreciated. But the whole process still left me feeling a bit ignored, like no one really cared to check in or answer properly along the way

I ordered from haskells.com after spotting a promo code, and I was pleased with how much it saved me. The sale items were easy to find, checkout was simple, and the whole order felt straightforward.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I didn’t realize at first that some discounts don’t apply to everything. Still, I was satisfied overall and would definitely check the site again when they’re running good deals.

I ordered these as corporate gifts, and overall they were fine, but the process was slower than expected. Nothing was a total disaster, but the delay made me a little less trusting about using them again for anything time-sensitive

One of the bottles in my order showed up damaged, which was frustrating. I sent over some photos by email and they did eventually get back to me, though it took a little longer than I would’ve liked. After a few days, they sorted out a refund/replacement, so I was relieved in the end. Not a terrible experience, but I do wish the whole process had felt a bit smoother.

I was excited because they had a bottle I’ve been trying to track down forever, so that part was awesome. The ordering process was fine, nothing too complicated, but then the updates were weirdly slow and I started getting a little annoyed. Shipping also took longer than I expected, which was a bummer, but hey, it did show up and it was what I wanted. So overall, great find, slightly frustrating experience, not terrible.

I tried reaching out to haskells.com for help, it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. To their credit, they did eventually respond, which I guess is better than nothing, but the replies were so slow and off-base that it felt like they barely skimmed what I wrote.

I ended up repeating myself a few times and still didn’t really get anywhere. Maybe they’re fine if everything goes perfectly with your order, but if you actually need support, good luck. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I found the bottle I was looking for here for less than at a few other places I checked. Shipping was reasonable too, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I’m happy with the deal and would DEFINITELY buy from them again

The delivery was really slow. I ordered it because I needed it for a weekend thing, and I even tried to plan ahead since I hate rushing around last minute. But it showed up days later than expected, and I barely got any updates along the way. I kept checking the tracking while making coffee in the morning, and it was just kind of stuck there. Frustrating overall.

They got back to me quickly, quickly enough that I never felt ignored. A few messages were a little confusing at times, but overall the communication was good, really good

I ordered a few bottles from Haskell's, i was already bracing myself for some shipping hassle because glass in the mail usually feels like asking for trouble.

But everything showed up in sturdy boxes with a ton of packing around each bottle. Nothing was shifting around, no weird rattling, no crushed corners. I don’t have much patience for sloppy packaging, so it was nice to see this was actually done carefully.

No leaks, no broken caps, no mess to deal with. It wasn’t anything flashy, just packed properly, which is all I really wanted. I’d definitely order again based on how safely it arrived.

Checkout took a minute to get through, but like I said, it was easy overall. Everything worked fine, and like I said, no real issues on my end.

I used haskells.com to pick out a wine gift for my brother, and overall it was a easy experience. They had a nice selection, plus some gift baskets, which helped a lot. I found the product descriptions confusing and they didn’t give enough detail to really know what I was buying. Compared to other sites I’ve used, where the specs and features are laid out much more clearly, this felt a bit misleading and made me second-guess the purchase.
